Warranty

Made To Last Straw warrants to the purchaser that if during the five year period beginning with the date of the original purchase from an authorized dealer of the manufacturer, the product rots or decays as a result of a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will provide the purchaser with either a replacement for the product or a portion of the product determined to be defective, or, at the manufacturer’s discretion, refund for the entire defective product. This limited warranty applies only if the product has been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s written guideline. If the product is not installed in accordance with the guidelines, the product is sold “as is” and all warranties oral, written, expressed, implied or statutory are disclaimed. Should the product prove defective following purchase the purchaser and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary service or repair. The warranty does not cover damages to the product that are not the direct result of a manufacturing defect. The manufacturer will not be liable for labor installation, re-installation, disposal charges, freight, taxes or any other charge related to a defective product, including damages resulting from or as an incident or consequence of a defective product.
